Angie’s New Moon- The Legend Series

The fear of being experimented on kept Angie from living her life. She wants a mate, something more, but she can’t find it hiding in her mother’s shadows. She throws caution to the wind on her birthday and heads out to see Aiden, the twin brother she’s been kept away from. A march storm rolls through grounding her plane and she imprints with Hector, a badass werewolf player. She gets a glimpse of a possible normal future. When someone from her past kidnaps her, she now must face the scientist she’s always dreaded. One problem after another threatens to break them apart.

Hector doesn’t do long term relationships. Love doesn’t like him and he doesn’t deserve it. His long list of conquests only proves his quick cycle of women. When he imprints with Angie, he’s forced to evaluate feelings he isn’t used to. While he wants Angie’s love, his inner demons remind him people always leave him. When Angie is kidnapped, so many emotions run through him and the fear of losing her, scares him more than he thought possible.

***This book does standalone, but they’re better when read in order. ***

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

I’ve been waiting for awhile to hear Angie’s story, as we’ve been hearing a word her and there. I love that she decided to live her life instead of just existing and running. What’s funny is Hector just said he was never going to have a mate. When he smelled her at the hotel, I had to laugh at him. When she was kidnapped she still kept her wits about her. I was so proud of Angie’s strength and intelligence. This expands our Moon Coven and Austin Pack. I love this series and can’t wait for more.

Learning more about angie was great. She’s a wonderful character and the fact that she was finally able to find true happiness after everything that happened was wonderful. Getting to see old characters was another wonderful test!

Snippet from Angie’s New Moon

Angie descended via the steps instead of using the elevator to get her heartbeat up before she moved to the cold temperature outside. When she reached the last step a pair of dark brown eyes caught her attention.

Her mouth turned dry.

Her eyes moved down a strong muscular body.

A gold chain hung around his neck and a stud glinted in the light poking out of his left eyebrow. His whole body radiated experience and bad werewolf. Her mother’s voice filled her mind, telling her to keep her ass moving, but for some reason her legs wanted to carry her straight to him. In her mother’s eyes, being near other wolves might expose her secret, yet she couldn’t move her feet. His shirtless body dripped with water, he shoved his hand through his short dark hair and kept his eyes on hers. A part of her wanted to lick him dry. Wait, what?

“How is the water?” Angie asked. Seriously, you’re asking about the fucking water? A smile lit up his face, mischief sparkled in his eyes.

“Perfect.” His rugged voice sent heat through her body. “What’s your name?”

“Angie. Yours?” She licked her lips and his eyes followed her tongue before snapping back to meet her gaze again. He’d be an interesting birthday present to unwrap. Wait, seriously what is wrong with me? She’d never experienced such a pull to a wolf or human for that matter.

Angie?” He paused after saying her name. She liked how it sounded when he said it. “I’m Hector. Are you going in?” Hector’s eyes moved down her body making her knees weak. Angie pushed her hair behind her ear and shook her head.

“I’m about to go for a run, Hector, but I might swim later.” Angie said. She liked saying his name too much.

“Well, you would look amazing in a swimming suit.” Hector winked and then walked away making her heart race as she caught a perfect view of his tight ass. He glanced over his shoulder, catching her staring at him, a blush burned into her chest and cheeks. Angie turned and raced toward the front door and out into the blistering cold.
